"Clean room in a great central location"

Downtown location. Room 103 was on the street side which was quieter than the side facing the live music.

They have a new key system that uses an app on your phone. Still has some bugs. They will probably figure it out. The staff was able to give us an alternative which worked fine.

"Acceptable for one night"

Clean room, good breakfast .

No facilities to put clothes, no drawers, cupboard or wardrobe only some hooks on the wall so only suitable for overnight stay. Music is playing under rooms until 2am although I was warned about this when booking.

Location was great! Easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go and the bar is very nice. Breakfast was good as well!

Some difficulty/ delay with check in, room was very warm (which meant the window couldn't be closed so the bar noises were louder than expected)

"Loved Galway and the people!"

Great location. Integrated with the bar downstairs. Get a pint.

It was loud, but they told us it would be, so not really a complaint, but great place for the hard of hearing.
