Great location and good value for money

Small room, not the cleanest, power went during our stay and no one there to talk to about it or no notice from the hotel.

The room was lovely, quite spacious for one person, the rain shower was a dream (as with most places where there is a lot of rooms, you need to give the shower a few minutes to get to the right temperature, so be a little patient)! Breakfast is very simple (only 4 options when I stayed there), but it's great that it's included and right downstairs. Access to the accomodation is all automated (code and app), which I thought was class - don't like engaging with staff, so ideal set up for me. Was pretty easy to get in, the instructions provided were very helpful (they called me a week before my arrival to share all the information I needed, and also sent followup emails). There is tea and coffee available (though no spoons or sticks to stir with) My room was facing the main road, ear plugs were provided, but not needed at all. Towels and hair dryer were provided, and so were two small bottles of water - nice touch! Overall a very good place to stay at :) Location was ideal!

While this is a veeeery minor thing, but I missed something to stir the coffee/tea with that one could make. Like there was no wooden sticks or spoons or anything.

La forma de acceso, tienes que bajarte una aplicación para entrar, cosa que no se avisa antes de hacer el pago. No sabíamos cómo hacerlo y al pedir ayuda en el bar no nos hicieron ni caso. . Muy impersonal. Aparcamos la moto enfrente solo para bajar las maletas, que no molestaba a nadie y el de seguridad nos echaba de allí viendo que íbamos al hotel a dejar las maletas.

Quarto muito pequeno e barulhento. Mas não tivemos tanta dificuldade para dormir porque não teve música até muito tarde e o movimento de carros na rua diminui após as 23h.

Very convenient for exploring around Galway

Nothing. People complain about the noise. But we were informed of that before we arrived.

The staff were very friendly, Enda the supervisor was so good at helping us celebrate our wedding by going above and beyond for us . All staff were so accommodating. Informed about noise before we arrived but this was not an issue .

The only drawback was breakfast starting at 9am ..8 of us went without breakfast on two mornings due to this .
