It was a shared apartment and not privacy, the bathroom is downstairs and we had to go all the way down to use it , the kitchen floor was dirty, no private bathroom and toilet. Very poor

Someone started hoovering at 9.40 pm very random in addition the curtains were not private
GBit was really clean, love that there’s locks on bedroom doors so very private. windows were open when we came so it smelt so fresh when we walked in

The whole night was nightmare, my guest being an ashmatic patient was unable to sleep all through the night because one of the lodgers smoked all night and the whole house were filled with cigarette smokes. She has to go to the hospital the following day. The application form indicated no smoking,but some og the guests downstair smoked in the building. So upset for putting my guest in such toxic enviroment.

Room provided was NOT as shown in pictures on website. Overpowering stench of cannabis in house. Carpet was disgusting. Overall cleanliness was abysmal.. in short, an absolute nightmare of a location. I was not prepared to stay in those conditions. Complaint to booking.com resulted in a derisory offer in compensation. I will never use booking.com again.

WiFi issues , not much help to resolve the matter. Or compensation for the inconvenience of this especially with having my young son with me stay.
