Kasu Lodge - Radford, Nottingham

the location was good, we were close to the places we had planned. the quality of the bed and bed linen was acceptable.

the offered room in the house, its equipment, equipment, kitchen and bathroom equipment did not correspond to what is advertised when you are looking for accommodation, the photos are misleading, they must be several years old. the heat was not turned on when the evening got cold and there was no hot water in the room at all, the boiler seemed to be without power. the shower was not cleaned at all, the glass was completely clogged with limescale, so I preferred not to use it.

The duvet is clean

The carpet is too old, the bed is not steady, the room is too small, no TV in the bedroom, just one toilet for four rooms is not ok. Room four is an accident waiting to happen. Step is too steep.

Nice cosy place. Seems like it has been newly refurbished. Close to the bus stop and there is a Tesco Express down the road.

I did not realize that we would be sharing a bathroom with other guests. I cannot blame anyone for that but myself because it was actually mentioned in the booking but I guess I missed it. The staircase is steep and not very ideal if you have luggage or for someone elderly or is physically challenged. But there is a room downstairs so one has to specify that but I guess it will be subject to availability. Also the wifi was not stable.
