NOI don't remember asking for a quiet room, but happy to say the room was very quiet with a window to the back of the courtyard (not facing street). The location was great as it was close to the footbridge on the less active side of town. There was a fantastic icecream shop towards the bridge. Breakfast was at a cafe around the corner, included with the room.

ITUSGreat little B&B on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. We had the largest room ('Rally"). The breakfast is a coffee and pastry at a nearby cafe, but there is also a communal kitchen in the B&B with a coffee machine, microwave, and some other basic breakfast needs. There's a refrigerator where you can store additional food, and laundry facilities. Francesco is an art collector, and the rooms are decorated with things from his collection. Highly recommended if you're looking for something other than the big hotel experience.
GBLarge shared kitchen with a small balcony overlooking the sea, shared washing machine, large comfortable room and ok size bathroom. What makes it great is the host, Francesco is lovely, helpful and conscientious.

GBThe property is in a fantastic location, super comfy beds, high quality bed linen and towels and with all of the amenities you might need including superb coffee! Francesco could not have been more helpful and kind, taking us to and from the airport, giving us solid advice and even booking restaurants for us.
There is nothing we didn’t like about the property
GBFrancesco made us feel right at home straight away and gave us a tour of the B&B as soon as we arrived, alongside a massive itinerary of restaurants and places to visit in Pescara. There is a shared kitchen with pastries and such in as well there being a free breakfast in the cafe just around the corner. It is also a 30 second walk away from the beach where you can either pay for a sun lounger and umbrella, or just around the corner from this there is a small free-access beach area where you can bring your own towels and one of the umbrellas from the B&B which Francesco kindly told us about. Would definitely stay here again, 10/10!
ROI have never seen such a care for even the smallest detail. It was clean, close to the beach, and most of all, it is run by Francesco, the owner, who took care of is as if we were from his own family.
There is nothing to mention here.
