AUFrancesco was a very helpful and attentive host. The apartment was in a perfect location to explore the beach and surrounding eateries, but a bit of a trek if you want to go into the old city, which is great if you come for the beach, as the accommodation was literally across the road.
The place got a little noisy at night. Because you are in a condominium you can hear people in upper floor and surrounding rooms, which of course is no fault of Francesco. He has renovated the apartments very tastefully and generously.
DEWe came for the 2nd time to Pescara for this place. Nice cozy room, 1 minute away from the beach on foot. Thanks a lot to Francesco once again for the help! As always a great host. We will definitely come back!

AUFrancesco was wonderful - advised us on places to dine etc so so helpful Thankyou Francesco so much - you made my granddaughters stay in Pescara so memorable
CALocation was fantastic right across from the beach. The room had good air conditioning. The breakfast at the coffee bar downstairs was standard Italian but delicious. The kitchen was well equipped for all our needs. Our host Francesco was fantastic and on site to answer questions.

Maybe just two or three lounge chairs in the kitchen area - so you are not just sitting by a table or on a bed
