Top-Floor One-Bedroom Flats - Peaceful with Ocean and City Views

The location was excellent as was the clean and spacious apartment. Located easy walking distance to bars, shops the beach, restaurants, literally everything that could be needed outside of hikes that are 1 hour drive away.

There was construction going on outside that started at 8am Mon - Sat. Earplugs were enough to sleep through it.

Great location with designated underground parking. Property is new but still in old town Funchal with convenient evening walks a pleasure to see all that downtown has to offer. The host (Alonso) was very quick to respond to our questions via Whatsapp. He sent us videos on how/where to park. Also a video on how/where to dump our garbage in the garbage room. He definitely eased our worries about what we were getting into on this trip. The apartment came with a nice washing machine which made it even better. We discovered we didn’t need to bring as much clothing as we did. The picture is the beautiful ocean view we had from the apartment bedroom.

Not really anything negative. I’d be nitpicking to say the couch was a little uncomfortable and the TV was a little too far away from it. The shower had no shelves so you would have to open the shower door to get the shampoo and soap.

Location is amazing and the garage is huge benefit because parking in Funchal would be much more difficult and without the car on Madeira you wouldn't see so much. Also the host is very nice and caring. Apartment was clean and comfortable. For one week and two people ideal. Also washing machine and fast wifi. Really good choice

The apartment is new and modern, not far away from the city center From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the city. Before arriving, the owner of the apartment sent clear information how to check-in. If I go again to Madeira, I would choose the same place.
