Woda w łazience gorąca w ilości wystarczającej dla 2 osób, ale ciśnienie słabe, ale w kuchni już tylko zimna. Można zostawić całą butelkę mydła, dołożyć trochę zastawy (wyliczone po 2 talerze, brak kieliszków do wina) i z jeden garnek oraz ręczniki jednorazowe. Na tydzień pobytu przydałyby się też dodatkowe ręczniki. Prosiliśmy o dodatkową kołdrę i jej nie było. Ale to drobnostki nie wpłwające na komfort pobytu

**Stunning Views** - The highlight of the stay was the outstanding view from the property. The absolute highlight was the rooftop, which offers an outstanding 360-degree view of the entire city of Funchal. **Prime Location** - Very well-located and within easy walking distance to the center of Funchal and very close to public transport. **Smooth Arrival** - The host provided detailed check-in instructions and was quick to respond to our messages. **Initial Cleanliness** - The apartment was perfectly clean and tidy when we first arrived.

**Noise Issues** - Despite being advertised as soundproof, the apartment had poor insulation. We could hear every conversation in the corridor and significant street noise. Furthermore, loud construction work directly outside our window began at 8:00 AM daily, making it impossible to sleep and causing quite a bit of frustration. **Plumbing Odors** - There was a persistent and unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom. We had to manually pour water into the pipes every day to temporarily mitigate the stench, which points to a serious plumbing issue. **Poorly Equipped** - For a 9-day stay at this price point, the apartment lacked basic essentials. There were no tea mugs, wine glasses, or even a simple broom/sweeper. We also had to purchase our own washing detergents and toilet paper. **Maintenance & Hygiene** - The shower leaked onto the floor (which we had to manage with extra towels), and we were disappointed to find a partially used toilet paper roll from previous guests. Finding used sanitary items is highly unhygienic and a major faux pas for any professional accommodation.. **Value for Money** - At nearly €200/night, the experience felt overpriced. While the view is stunning, it does not compensate for the noise, plumbing smells, and lack of basic amenities.
