Nice furniture and decoration. Very comfortable and perfect placement in the city. Good kitchen equipment.

Our son lives in Florence and so we meet up with him in various cities across Italy. This apartment was the best one we have stayed in in the three years we’ve been visiting. It was immaculately clean with excellent facilities- everything you could want. The location was perfect and the key collection was simple. The communication from the host was also brilliant. I would 100% recommend this property.

It couldn’t have been any better, no complaints at all.

It was extremely clean. it was extremely close to the leaning tower and all attractions- five minute walk. The house itself is a small palace and it’s extremely beautiful. It’s like a museum, very very clean and very, very spacious. In the kitchen, the host left for us free Prosecco, free water, free snacks, besides coffee and tea.

Everything was perfect; nothing to not like. Maybe the fact that I didn’t stay longer.

Beds are super comfortable, toiletries etc all provided which is great when travelling light on flight. Very spacious apartment, quiet and safe. Great communication with owner, easy check in/out. Close by to Tower etc and great restaurants in local vicinity.

No air conditioning but lots of fans. Few bits need attention, have been in touch with owner.

Amazing place, actually stunning. The host Niccolo was the best, answered on all questions very quick. Super good location. Really recommend anyone to stay at casa di monic. Very clean and an extra plus for the beautiful ceiling!

No air conditioning (but were told that they are looking to add it), downstair bedroom was a bit weird as when you turned the lights off, the electrical outlet did not work, so you could not use them to charge your phone during the night.

Beautiful property in a lovely location

It was very stuffy even when we arrived late at night and no a/c but good fans and with open windows it helped.
