LA CASA DI MONIC

The place is very clean and nice, close to the Tower of Pisa.

The location couldn’t have been better! Right in the heart of everywhere you need to be. From the moment we walked through the door this house blew us away, we felt like we were in The Ritz! Cleanliness was100% , we couldn’t have found a speckle of dust if we tried! Stop scrolling for places to stay, just book this with out any doubt and it couldn’t disappoint you. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful, even booked our taxi back to the airport for us. 😊 This property is so nice it needs respecting! A fabulous restaurant right on the corner of the next street, 30 seconds walk. Far more fabulous than the pictures can tell and also very secure. Simply outstanding, can’t say any more.

Setting

The feeling of being at "home" was incredible. The place was very clean and neat. We had a rough day coming from Rome. The host was very understanding with our late check-in, even offered to help with getting us a cab, if we were to have a hard time. The pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this house.

Although didn't have A/C and it was hot (summer time), the multiple fans helped a lot to have a good night sleep.

What a fantastic place, we wished we could have stayed longer. Close to restaurants and the Pisa tower. We go back next time in Pisa :)

It was all good

Firstly, Niccolo (our host) was excellent and provided everything we needed with first class communication and also problem solving (for a couple of things we needed)! The property itself was way beyond our expectations and really did blow us away. We were two adults, two teens and two young children. We almost had too much room and enjoyed all the great, traditional space. The property has everything you need with a large and relaxing living room/dining room plus really spacious bedrooms. Two bathrooms were perfect for us with teen girls! Location was just brilliant and only a very short stroll to shops and the main attractions. I can’t fault Niccolo or the property and would happily book again given the opportunity. If you want to enjoy a great stay in an Italian property this HAS to be the one.

I don’t really have anything to add here. If I am being really critical maybe slightly bigger towels 🤣 but maybe that is just us!!!

It was a huge space, beautifully decorated. It had everything you needed. The location was fantastic, as soon as you walked out the front you were in the centre, but go through the security gates & especially into your private terrace overlooking the immaculately landscaped gardens, the peace & tranquility you felt was priceless
