It’s approximately a 35 min walk (with many hills) into the city centre which was a bit far out for us.

Over priced for the space. I don’t appreciate paying more in one week for a studio basement flat than I do for my 3 bed house!. No cooker so limits meal choices

I loved everything not a single negative. Book this apartment you won’t regret it

This is a comfy lower suite in the home of a quiet family in a pleasant residential area on the Waterside of Derry. Loved that it had a washer and dryer. The host brought us a couple of laundry tabs. The suite is on an easy transit route for downtown Derry and all its main attractions, so we walked into town (30 minutes or so) and bused back. If weather is good, there's a little outdoor seating area that gets late-aft sunshine. Fridge and microwave in suite. (Photo of the outside included here is not the actual house but the neighborhood that it's in, as the sun was shining better for photos across the street!)

This is a residential area, so no pubs or restaurants were very close. We ordered in. Also, definitely not an option if you need accessibility, as there are a number of stairs down to the suite.
