Quiet street. City and supermarket could be easily reached by walking. Beds were comfortable. Up-to-date technical equipment in living room and kitchen, maybe except for the gas stove. But cooking was easy and quick.

Garden needs some tidening. Bath tub should be refurbished.

great location to walk into Canterbury and also to visit Christchurch Uni. we were there for the open weekend with my son. Great to have access to a smart tv with Netflix etc for the evening.

be warned there are some parking restrictions in the week but from Fri evening through to Mon morning it’s not restricted. Didn’t like the beds being up against the wall so I had to climb out the end when my husband was asleep.
