3-bedroom home with free parking

The host was the most helpful and friendly.

Location acceptable

House in poor condition and dirty in places, broken equipment and mould on 2 bedroom ceilings, floor boards in 2 bedrooms were sinking. Garden unkempt with rubbish, very sparse kitchen equipment. Parking not available all day and needed to move car to meet local parking restrictions.

Location is great, 15 mins walk to the cathedral. Host solved the parking issue by paying for a visitor pass for our car.

We found leftover chips in the oven and opened milk in the fridge from the last guests. Lots of hair and makeup stains from the last guests on the pillows in all the rooms. We were paranoid if the sheets were even washed. Garden chairs had so much cobwebs, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time too. Attention to the cleanliness needs to improve. Free parking is not really free parking because of the restrictions which is a hassle on a holiday.

perhaps the house could benefit from a bit of love (the walls need painting). Overall, though, the spac and comfort was good.
