3-bedroom home with free parking

Pleasant location. Good parking. Clean. Well equipped kitchen. Airy with windows open. Close to Sainsbury’s.

Really nice space for 5 people. Im guessing it maxes at 7 or 8... just a quick stop for us. But suited us well with only a 15 min walk to the centre/cathedral. 5-10 to a supermarket. We just needed a stop over before catching the ferry the next morning. 45 min from here. Thank you for lending us your lovely house.

Did take a minute to spot the place, but it made sense to not put the lock box on show.

Lovely house on a quiet estate nice and clean from bathrooms to bedrooms. Double doors open up on to the back garden which was a blessing in summer, nice and bright rooms.

The location of the property is perfect for visiting Canterbury and the free parking is a huge bonus. The owner helped me to find some parking when workmen were taking all the spaces outside which was very helpful. The house was clean and the beds were made on our arrival. Location was quiet and just far enough away from the town to avoid noise.

As many have said, just a little TLC needed inside the property. The duvets and pillows could do with replacing on some beds and the shower needs a new head. Just slight attention to detail could really help this property.

free parking was misleading, due to no parking between 8 and 9, and 2 and 3, so couldnt leave the car all day, also the property was shabby inside.

Clean had everything you’d need for your stay including tea and coffee.

Needed a bit of TLC. The light in the cloakroom wasn’t working and the shower was cold.
