Steps from Downtown Pigeon Forge Parkway + Private Hottub and firepit - Wifi - Firefly Bungalows

Close To everything , clean, so very comfortable, can’t wait to stay there again.

There was nothing I disliked.

The location was conveniently located near the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. The host's communication throughout our stay was absolutely excellent! The kitchen had all you would need if you wished to eat in; though I would recommend you bring your own coffee as there were only a couple of pods available upon arrival. Pick up ice on your way in as well. Otherwise, it is a very cute/quaint bungalow and we enjoyed our stay.

There were issues with the hot tub (jacuzzi); both with cleanliness and temperature. The host was accommodating and sent someone over right away to work on these issues. She also reimbursed us a small fee each day for this inconvenience. The AC consisted of two window units; one in the main room and the other in one of the bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom was a bit warm since it didn't have it's own AC unit...though there is a ceiling fan.

Everything was great would stay agai!

This is just a suggestion I'm elderly a handrail in shower would have been nice as well as non skid strips or something so shower would not have been so slippery would prevent falls. Just a helpful suggestion.

I liked how the place was set up.

I didn’t like hearing the traffic all night.

O my I loved everything about it. This place is beautiful peaceful and I’d recommend it to anyone
