Steps from Downtown Pigeon Forge Parkway + Private Hottub and firepit - Wifi - Firefly Bungalows

The beds were extremely comfortable as well as the pull out couch! The bathroom was well stocked and the whole house was clean. It was cute and in a surprisingly quiet area! We thought it would be loud considering we were right behind the strip of Pigeon Forge! The landlord was also very nice in making sure we had enough towels for both the hot tub and for when we took baths. It was definitely worth it for six people!

The driveway was a bit small to fit two cars in but we managed to make them fit. I wouldn’t recommend parking on the road because there is traffic that comes through there. There isn’t a washer and dryer in the home so please be mindful of bringing something to put your dirty laundry in to keep things separated!

loved the hot tub and fire place and beds were SUPER comfy

the lights around the hot tub wouldn’t work so I had to get another extension cord to plug them in so it wouldn’t be pitch black

The property was unkept, poison ivy and grass was horrible. The complex is in a very bad part of the pigeon forge numerous people walking in the wooded /bush area , very noisy and t parking is very dangerous., Numerous bugs surrounded the entry way and the Jacuzzi was disgusting, after getting in the jacuzzi we found the water smelled terribly with a gritty type substance enveloping around the jets . The space was very dark with uneven floors and a very strange odor throughout the small complex. Ray droppings we’re found in the King Bedroom - last straw reported it to management, management refused to help , due to booking with third party . I contacted booking.com explained the and was in favor of helping with refund , however management refused. I also injured my leg in this property due to the extremely low bed and sharp corner , management was non responsive when confronted with the situation.

Clean, comfortable, great location! We plan on trying to stay here any time we are in town. This was a great place and the owners were amazing! They were so helpful and we were able to check in early (which was a plus, not that they needed it). This place saved our entire trip! We checked out of our hotel due to some serious issues and booked here and it was the best decision we made! I was in town for work, and this place felt like home for us and our pet. It was great!
