Location was close to the airport. Room was ok. Had everything we needed.

Location was closed to the airport. Area was very littered and parking was hard to find. Curtains were falling off the rods. No TV.

(Vary bad) The bathroom is very small and the shower does not work well, either the water is too hot or too cold. I spent the vacation without a shower. The bed is not very firm and shakes a lot. The sounds in the other rooms make you hear them as if they are sitting with you in the room. The stairs up were very dirty. I felt like I was entering a car repair shop. The value is very high for the room. I do not recommend it. Bad experience.

DO NOT STAY IN THESE PREMISES - I am a solo female traveller and my experience in your facility was really scary. As you are aware my room was number 6, which is a room on level 3 with no other rooms up there. I turned off my lights at about 11 am (and didn't have a bed light on as it is broken) so it was dark in the room, at about midnight (I was still not asleep) I hear someone trying to unlock my door, I screamed out and they sent downstairs, going into one of the other rooms. I couldn't fall asleep I was so scared, and after about an hour I heard someone getting out of one of the other rooms downstairs and walking upstairs and again trying to unlock my door. I started to scream at them to get out and that I'll call the police. The person left and went to another room where I heard him talking to another man. This happened again at about 3am and again I heard 2 men talking.  So this morning, first thing I moved out, the door locked looked tamped with. I will include photos. To add to one of the most scariest experiences that I've ever had in my travels - your facility is the most dirtiest place I've ever experienced. Even the kettle was so dirty that you got stuck to it and then when I looked inside it was revolting. The sheets were dirty with fresh stains. The curtains that I would have e slept next to if I could actually sleep had body fluids all over them. I will include all photos as there is way more. I required a full refund for the 3 nights that I booked the premises for but did not stay and informed the host, they refused to provide a refund. They said that they will go through their video footage (which I requested a stepped copy of as I will be reporting this to the police) they refused and after few days sent me a check out email with " we hope your stay was enjoyable"...WTF.

Nothing. This place is awful.

The bin was overflowing and had bugs and the stench was awful when we arrived. The other guests brought back people to loudly shag or forgot their keys and drunkenly rang every bell in the place to wake us up to let them in. Nobody answers your messages and then they call you and ask for a 5 star review.
