Letzi Ensuite, 15 Min to Heathrow, Fast WiFi

A short walk from Hayes train station (Elizabeth line). I had a layover, so it was perfect location wise as it's one stop away from Heathrow. I stayed here because the hotels around Heathrow were way too expensive and couldn't justify it. The next morning, I took the bus into Hayes Town and had breakfast at Weatherspoons. Ideal. It's close to a big Asda also, which has a cafe. Check-in was super easy with a lockbox outside. The room was very clean and had a portable AC which was necessary as it was a hot day and the room was very hot.

The property is in a great location. Only 15 minute walk from the Hayes and Harlington station, very convenient. Also the bed is comfy and self check in was easy.

This is a cheap place, dirty, watered down hand soap, no body wash in the shower. The fan was disgustingly dusty, room was very hot and a usb charger would have been a great touch given most people are probably using this place for the airport. The stairs up were even dirty and there were bugs in the room.

I had an amazing stay at Letzi Premium Cozy Retreat Private En-suite Rooms. Very close to Heathrow Airport, good value for money, the customer service is excellent and you have all facilities and comfort you need for a short or long stay!

Customer service is brilliant every time. Great facilities including the shared kitchen, clean rooms and bathrooms

Wish there would be more kitchenware to use such as knives, but we are aware that this may be due to health and safety reasons

We come here pretty often now as this is our preferred place, Vishal the host is always most helpful and welcoming. Very accommodating place with clean shared kitchen
