Was conveniently located near work hence the overnight stay here

On arrival dogs next door were very loud. Continued all day barking. My room was located on the top floor. When i entered the room it just smelt of stagnant water and just not very pleasant but after opening all windows the smell died down abit. Overall cleanliness of the room was very poor. Fridge was dirty. Kettle was scabbed up inside and shower looked as though it need a thorough clean. Host was unable to accommodate late checkout and didnt really seem to interested in helping in any way. I wont rush back to the property if im being honest it was just a last minute booking for a night that i needed due to work commitments changing. Did the job just to put my head down somewhere for the night that was local to work. Price they charge is not worth it. Much better places in the area for the same price but on this occasion they wasnt much choice at such short notice

Everything we needed was there (even a fan which was most helpful in the hot weather), clean room, clean separate kitchen to use. Host was most helpful and replied quickly when needed

The neighbours had 2 dogs in there yard constantly barking , as late as 1230 most nights, and a couple of days 3am , you could even hear them with the windows closed you could still hear them so didn’t sleep well

Honestly, I didn’t enjoy anything from this property.

Totally worthless. The shower is constantly going cold and hot, a five meters window with a three meters curtains, at 5am the room is so bright as at 3pm, afternoon sun hitting the bed and the location is just disgusting. What upsets me the most is, previous customers complained about same and similar issues and the host nothing as done to fix it, clearly the comfort of the customers isn’t important. Booking is aware and also doesn’t care. If my review be deleted I will do another one but on google reviews!
