Last minute availability, location near Heathrow. Facility was clean, bed was comfortable with lots of pillows.

It was spartan to say the least.

Owner whose attitude was totally irresponsible.

It was a great location to London and airport

Bathroom smelled. No cutlery.

The kitchen was nice

I have stayed here twice because of the convenient location. It might be recommended for those who want to stay near the airport for a short period.

There are two neighbors who are very fond of fire; this family burns things in their garden every week. All the smoke enters the room, and there's no way to avoid it. It's unbearable to hear the constant sound of their whistling. It's very annoying to hear it daily. I recommend staying upstairs or using AirPods. However, there were issues during my stays. There was mold in the fridge, and the shower drain was clogged with a large amount of hair, causing water to accumulate during my shower. Additionally, both water pipes in the kitchen were broken when I arrived. Although they have enough staff to check on guests, the cleaner tends to peek into the room from the window when passing by, but they don't seem to address the water pipe issues.

I arrived and no one was there. The neighbors told me the property was annandoned and that I had been scammed. I was stranded and had to stand in the cold pouring rain for over 45 minutes until. Another taxi could be dispatched to pick me up. I had to sleep in the elements back at the airport and got very sick. My flight departs tomorrow and I never got to see the first site in London. This was horrible and the worst vacation I have ever experienced thanks to Lexi Inn Suites. I have already stopped payment of my credit card and intend to contact my lawyers to seek punitive damages against Booking.com. Shame on you.

The mattress was very bad. In the middle of our stay we had to go back to the accommodation to leave Maintenance people in, who scheduled a mattress replacement during our stay. We had only one towel and one cup for 2 days for two people.
