The apartment was amazing in every aspect from cleanliness to the beds were so comfortable everything was great so spacious would highly recommend and will be returning great value for money. All amenities in a very short walking distance what more could you ask for .

If your disabled it's stairs to your apartment

Property was easy accessable, location to town was great. Very quiet especially at the back of the property. Was a good property for a 1 night stay.

Entrance hallway smelt a bit of weed. Limited cutlery, not that we needed 4 place settings however there were only 3 forks, no bottle opener. Could do with bed side table and lamp, especially in the room next to the bathroom.

Situated in a great place. Parking close by. Clean and tidy.

There was a really strong smell of weed upon entering the property it hit you straight away and carried right up the stairs. This would be my only complaint.

This a spacious apartment, on tbe main road into Bridlington, parking is behind in an unlit carpark with no cameras.

The smell of cannabis hits you as soon as you open the front door, ( in the reviews this was mentioned on the 25th Oct 2022 also 5 days before we stayed on the 3rd of feb 2025) I contracted the owner Gemma, her response was " sorry about that, the gentleman downstairs has asthma so it wouldn't be him and the smoke alarms would set off, unless they were stood in the doorway smoking" my husband wanted to leave straight away, but we went up the very narrow steep stairs to the " Holiday let 2 " bit of paper scribbled on the door, it's was clean and spacious, we went out came back about 21:30 hrs, the smell of cannabis was even stronger! At midnight there was a very raised voices at the door of the apartment opersite, a female shouting " Linda has got a full bag full .....yeah we managed to get in" followed by more people entering the " holiday let next door " I left a text for Gemma at 1am Sunday morning, we left and went home! Couldn't stand listening to the drug users next door coming and going, shouting slamming doors ( diffrent people all the time in the space of an hour ) no response from the owner Gemma I texted her again at midday still no response so last night I contacted booking.com, I think people need to be aware, maybe they are residents next door, maybe it was a one off, the owner could of explained but chose not to, booking.com couldn't get a response from the owner either, we got a third refund from booking.com, it ruined our weekend totally, this is a honest review.
