Responsive and understanding host. The accommodation was fine - had what we needed for a single night’s stay. Car park was just a road away and was £5.60 for 24hrs and there was a big Tesco over the road. The accommodation is a few mins from a beach so good locations.

There was a smell of weed and old socks as walk through the hallway up the stairs to the property. It was coming from the flat downstairs and had nothing to do with this property I don’t think but it was unpleasant every time you walk through the front door as it was a really funky smell. One room was freezing cold and the other room was boiling hot. The host very quickly brought round an oil heater for the cold room and I kept the window open in the boiling room as I had a 3 month old baby who I was worried about overheating. I had to move the bed slightly as was sharing it with my two year old and didn’t want him to fall off the edge - behind the bed was full of thick dust. Understandable as can imagine moving the bed doesn’t happen often and most guests wouldn’t need to do this but worth a clean I reckon. Finally, the images show that 1 room has a double bed and the other room has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top - this isn’t the case - both rooms have a double bed so there was some unexpected bed sharing.

The apartment is very clean, comfortable, nicely furnished. Excellent location short walk to Spa, sea front, shops and train station. Having two bathrooms and T.V. in each bedroom a real bonus. We'll def re-book and stay longer next time. Loved our stay

Nothing we didn't like but there is no parking at the property, there is a car park just round the corner, cost £5.40 for 24 hours we thought this was very reasonable and reflected in the price of the apartment. There are quite a few stairs to get into the apartment and the stairs up to the second bedroom quite steep. Non of this will stop us from re booking.

The communication between the host and ourselves was very clear. The property was very clean.

As soon as you walk through the main door the smell of weed is shocking and there was loud music being played by other people in the building. People were shouting outside downstairs in the garden. This property isn't great if your taking a family. The stench of weed coming up into the living room really isn't what you want your 5 year old asking you about. At one point I wanted to leave due to the loud music and smell of weed. I feel slightly bad for writing a negative review as the owner was very clear with how to get there, parking and codes etc and the negative points don't reflect the owners or the actual property itself. I didn't feel safe staying there as at one point someone did try door into our apartment and with the weed and the loud music it wasn't great. I would strongly advise anyone who has a family not to stay here due to this.

Amazing close to bnm tesco, the town and the sea front was a 7 min walk so close to everything u needed beautiful little house wud stay here each time I came over
