I love how the hotel is close to everything . Loved thw food, the room is decent.

The food service is a little too slow, I think the hotel is understaffed. The breakfast buffet needs to be replenished without the guests asking for it.

A little pricey

I love the cleanliness of our room- from beddings to comfort room! A real comfort. The food they serve is exceptional!!! A must try restaurant if you are in Baler! I love how accommodating the front desk officers are, they made us feel welcomed!! I love the swimming pool too located in the 2nd floor of the building! Our dogs were soooo relaxed the whole time!!

The staff in their restaurant doesn’t know their stuff, they are slow and rude at times, when you ask then questions they will ask you to wait and the lady from the front bar is super rude! She is texting while getting our order which resulted to unheard orders! Very very rude!

The staff set up a 59th monthsary celebration with wine, balloons, cake, flowers, and rose petals. Was really well done! Thanks to the staff for all of your effort! All of the staff is very helpful and makes it a comfortable stay. The pool has a great view of the ocean! Also took home some coconut jam and peanut butter which are very delicious.

It would have been much better if the air conditioner were less noisy, we had hot water, and the sink wasn't clogged. Understood Baler has had to clean up after a lot of typhoons but if the staff can pay attention to these things I'm sure guests would be more comfortable and come more often.

They are very unresponsive. I sent a message via this app, facebook msgr, and instgram. They only replied in instgram after a couple of days. Wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a birthday cake, asked them about availability but they did not help nor responded. Check in was slow. Building is old
