there were 2 girls at the reception who treated me really nicely! they made me feel home.

a guy from the reception, I think his name is Joel, he’s very rude over the phone. he ruined my stay and he’s the reason why I am not coming back to stay at baysinn again. he should learn how to deal with clients specially over the phone. please give him more training in customer service.
