Stunning 2-bed Town Centre Apartment - Hosted by Hutch Lifestyle

The apartment location was great, in the heart of the city. From here you could walk to cafes, restaurants and shops, The park was also only a short walk away. Even though we were in the heart of the city it wasn't noisy. There is a full ensuite as well as a separate bathroom which is very handy when traveling as a family and a large washer/dryer which worked well. It was also good to have a secure parking space with easy access to the apartment, I would happily stay again if we travel there in the future holidays.

Overall not much a few minor things such as the bedding seemed synthetic and made it feel hot when sleeping and we were not able to use any streaming services on the TV.

Everything you need for a short stay, comfortable with family and friends. Highly recommend

Couldn't get air into the rooms at night as they were doors onto a communal patio.

Absolutely everything, the apartment was exactly as advertised. The furnishings were really first class and the bed was incredible. I'm Pretty particular about my pillows and Sian's were perfect. The bed I'm sure is a memory foam , brilliant 🙏🏼🌈. There is a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and irons , and hairdryer too. If staying at this home from home apartment you needn't worry about bringing your own things as Sian has absolutely got it all covered! I am an early riser and especially loved that I could sit out at 5am in my pj's with my cuppa on the courtyard in peace 🙏🏼 without disturbing anyone . The apartment is just so convenient.I shall be booking again to enjoy the town at Christmas with friends. I've visited Leamington for the past 7months as I have been studying however have never been able to actually enjoy the town and all it has to offer. It has such a lovely relaxed vibe which suits my lifestyle, there's no need to rush ,it's a calm , arty and very chilled place. I love everything about it 🌅🙏🏼

Maybe photos of the key box and entry gate could have been shared to make the experience more seamless.

Host could have placed some snacks, fruits for consumption for short business stays. It could have helped for breakfast. Better coffee options would have been appreciaed

Lovely apartment. Fantastic location and well equipped throughout. Very quiet considering in the town centre. Communication was good throughout.

No option to open a window in either bedroom at night as both rooms had patio doors and opened onto a communal patio area.
