Unclear instructions. The representative is not available during the arrival, despite them giving the time for check in. Parking is far and with pay, but it is advertised as free. To settle and finally go to the room, you need to register, go to the parking that is far, then go back again.

The apartment is nice for a short term stay. It’s small but enough for two people. Some more cooking facilities would be good. There were pots and pans but no way to cook. We couldn’t get the tv to work either unfortunately. There is a pool, you must pay to use the pool and go in person to another block to buy the tickets then get them checked at the pool. There aren’t too many seats available poolside and the day we went the indoor pool was closed. The check in process is a bit of a pain. We’d had an overnight flight and were desperate to check in. We were told an early check in wasn’t available, which is understandable, but when 2pm came around and we tried to check in we were still waiting for about 20/30 minutes for someone to come with the key.

The place is clean and good for a short stay. Though the unit is old, it is well maintained. The CR is okay, but the heater for the shower is not functioning well, this is one thing to consider as well. Price point, the unit is okay.

However, perhaps because it was priced cheaper in comparison to other units: 1. The TV is not functioning well. And because there was no wifi, we cannot use either Netflix or Youtube as well. 2. Again, there was no wifi though the caretaker promised to contact the owner to load the wifi, it was not done. It was a good thing that we stayed outside the whole stay. 3. There was really no induction stove in the unit, like what previous bookers mentioned. (Note: We looked at it under the sink) 4. There was no FREE PARKING within the premises. It was disappointing because I asked the owner directly. But when we got there, we were informed that there was no free parking. I assumed that perhaps the owner has his own parking slot within the premise that is why he offered free parking. It would have been better if he had been honest instead so that we would not expect it and still paid the parking. However, he said afterwards that what he meant to say was that there was free parking outside the premise (which he did not mention beforehand). Note: we were parked in tower 4 (another bldg), in another parking slot and paid PHP500 to the caretaker. 🤷 It would have been a good stay IF these were taken into consideration.

Staff are very accommodating & well mannered . Even the agent was very accommodating and they attended all inquiries that I've asked. The room was clean , they also had a microwave, electric kettle , utensils ,bath towel and rice cooker.

For some reason during our stay. wifi and heater didn't work at all . Too cold that time because it's foggy and raining .
