The place was within distance of shops and tourist spots.

Parking spot is a very long walk from the building we are staying at. It says it has a designated parking spot but this is not the case. You have to pay P20 every time you exit and an additional P200 for overnight parking. We stayed for 2 nights so that's around P500 for parking fees alone. The tv only works for TV plus and that is if you can find a signal for it. There's no Netflix or Youtube and not a smart TV so you can't cast from your phone. If you can manage to make it work you get 2 working channels that has very weak signals. We reported that to the caretaker and they said they will take care of it we waited but they only responded again after 24 hrs, so we just went on rather than let it ruin our stay. There is no stove as well so you will need to dine out or have food delivered if you want to eat well. There is a microwave if you want food reheated or cook basic meals and a rice cooker. The kitchen utensils are complete but without a stove those are useless. The pillows also has a weird smell and made us itch, we have to air it out in the sun in the balcony so we are not sure if that has been washed after the previous guests.

The remote to watch Netflix is not working so we didn't get to watch during our stay. The kitchen and Bathroom utensils are complete. Tho we felt that the ac doesn't work properly because we repeatedly put it high and we're still stuck on same temperatures. But it is great enough for it's price just wished things work properly next time. Thank you!

However we had a great stay. The caretakers are very accommodating and kind they are very easy to contact. The room was cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was worth the price. We'll be back soon 🩷

We just thought the necessities are included like toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and such. And I think they should talk to SMDC about having a nearer parking lot to the unit because the parking lot is just way too far. I suggest having access to Netflix for the TV for a more exciting stay.

The staff are responsive

- the post mentioned of having parking lot being included but it was not. There's a parking lot available but on a first come, first serve basis. The parking lot was also 15min walk away from the unit. So if it's raining and you have a car, this is not really an ideal booking. - instructions on how to enter the unit was confusing. I was told to get the keys in the mailbox but it was not there and the caretaker placed the keys somewhere else contrary to what was instructed here. - there are very few plugs. So if you have multiple gadgets to charge all at once, better be prepared with and extension - the toilet have some weird smell. It's clean but seems like the drainage system is not good so there's some smell everytime you use the bidet and toilet - there were not toiletries and tissues. I may have coordinate it but it was too much a hassle for us since we're already tired from not so very seemless checkin process - the matress already sags. When we slept, we were pulled towards the middle of the bed. - there were no cabinets. If you're the type of person who unpacks your luggage in the cabinet when travelling, you wont be able to do it here. And just a warning, the place is no longer ideal for nore than 2 adults.
