The key code was not the one giving in the email so we were locked out for a little but it was Al taking care of once we let the host know.

Fast check in, very big, 1.5 bathrooms, two big beds

Dusty, not enough kitchen utensils (two forks but 4 chairs)

Spacious and roomy

no kitchen towel, no bathroom hand towels, no hand soap in bathrooms or kitchen, no seating except a very low sofa and bean bags, and broken chair in bedroom, we bought an inexpensive folding chair, shower drained slowly with no grout around the bottom, noisy - no insulation between apartments so you could hear everything next door and down the hall, dirty carpet upstairs and on the stairs, smell of marijana in hallways, unsafe feeling area with trash thrown around entrance, HVAC filter filthy so bought new one and replaced

I liked everything about it

I think they should leave more garbage bags and dish soap

close to the highway gas station next door restaurants were close by

The carpets needs to be replaced upstairs few lights were not working the bed was stained we didn't use any of the bed linens or towels shower curtain dirty smelled like smoke in the hallways kids up all night running around crying

Everything was perfect

Need more pots and pans

There was very loud music being played over 8 hours on the first night, next door.

The location is very good, right off the interstate and close to food, shopping, etc. It was fairly clean. Easy check in process.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and I woke up with excruciating back pain! The walls are paper thin. I heard a baby crying all night to people partying and playing loud music to someone playing the trumpet all night. The ceilings were so high it was freezing downstairs. It also smelled heavily of smoke, even though it is supposed to be non-smoking. I am not, nor have I ever been a smoker, so for me it was aggravating. The walls were dirty, as if children had stayed there and smudged hand prints all over them. The upstairs carpet looked dirty, was ripped in several locations, and in need of serious replacement.
