The loft was amazing and very. Beautiful the other apartments in the building was horrible the host was nice I had friends and family come visit.

They were selling drugs out the back of building and me and my sister was followed.

Not clean at all!! No light in the bedroom or the entrance. Loud neighbors in the middle of the night.

Cool space with ample room. Love the loft style, comfortable bed, huge shower, well-stocked kitchen, the building felt secure, and free parking on side of building. Better value than pricey Rochester hotels.

The carpeting needs to be replaced upstairs. Seemed very dirty. Also smelled of smoke though signs indicated smoking forbidden. But everything else clean.

"Nice big loft but need some upkeep"

Large apartment (on 2 levels). Theoretically, could accommodate 6 persons (2 queen beds + 2 folding single beds). Good location as a base to visit Rochester and area.

Need a local mobile phone to get initial door access. This could be an issue for foreign visitors who do not have local SIM card. We used WhatsApp and apartment Wifi (could be used from parking lot) Upstairs carpet is way pass its expiration date. Sound proofing is inexistant (could be an issue or not depending on neighbours). PingPong and air hockey table are great, but missing paddles and puck made them unusable. Dining table arrangement is awkward (stools for 4). Missing cup/glasses (insufficient for 4 persons). Broken towels/toilet paper holder. Intermittent wifi.
