The standard of accommodation was to a high standard, clean and comfortable. Menu had a good choice of dishes and was well prepared.

Service was a little slow in having to order food at the bar, especially at busy times. This is not a major issue.

The whole experience far exceeded my expectations the staff were brilliant loved my stay

Really well decorated, very neat and tidy. Location perfect for what we needed. Food really good standard and breakfast was delicious.

Nothing much, closing time for the bar was very strict, not a big issue though.

Firstly, the location was exactly where we wanted to be being directly opposite the Swallow Falls. The staff on arrival were really friendly and helpful. The room and en suite were probably not the largest we have stayed in but were most definately amongst the cleanest and most comfotable. One notable feature is that there were two chairs in the room where at other places there has only been one chair. The breakfast was very good and hot when served and the evening meal was again hot, tasty and of sufficient portion size representing good value for money. We really enjoyed our stay and thank you to the staff for making us feel very welcome.

My only negative is that for a larger person the toilet was a bit cramped when sitting down with knees nearly touching the wall but as you only use the toilet occasionally this was not a great hardship.

Welcoming and very friendly staff, comfortable and ultra clean room with new bathroom, excellent shower and delicious freshly prepared breakfasts. I’d just like to say thank you to Zoe and Jo, who between them made our stay exceptional. So friendly and helpful, they were both a credit to the hotel.

Great Location right opposite the waterfalls ( have to pay £2.. tap card to get in the falls. Pub great 👍 lovely food. Good service. Bed comfy. I thought a bit overpriced for a Pub in all. Breakfast was included but we had to shoot of early to hit Snowdonia mountain but they let us take some pastries. I asked for 2 bottles of water to take with us. They only had 2 cand and charged me £6. Expensive
