Very clean and tidy, very good food. Very accommodating for motorcyclists, easy level parking.

Lovely hotel right opposite the Swallow Falls, great for a night out two as lots to do in the area.

It was 3 miles out of betwsycoed and no taxis to get into town on a night

Zoey was excellent. The entire team was always helpful and ready with a smile. Location was perfect! Food was delicious and the ambience was perfect 👌🏽

It’s situated in a lovely place

The staff was rude, constantly messing up orders didn’t do what we needed done. Messed up drink orders, closed the kitchen after asking us is we wanted desert when we said yes. Nobody ever at reception. When I waited there to change my table reservation I was completely ignored. Questioned why I was being ignored she continued to serve other customers coming to the bar after I arrived and told me that customers at the bar take priority. Waited 15 mins for everyone else to be served before coming to me. The room was mediocre and over priced.
