"Beautiful, cosy and on the doorstep of the coast."

10.0

This apartment is in a fantastic location, super cosy and perfect for a couple. This was for our wedding weekend and it was just what we needed. The owners even left us a small gift as we were getting married which was so kind. It is a perfect size for a couple and the location is right on the sea.

The only downside is a lot of light comes into the top part of the apartment of a morning where you sleep. Other than that the apartment is great and I would definitely stay again.

"Lovely, comfortable accommodation in a great location"

9.0

Lovely location and on site parking was a bonus. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable and the Royal William Yard is a great location with bars and restaurants on site.

Nothing, it was all lovely!

"Wonderful apartment and a perfect place to stay."

10.0

The apartment was lovely. The Royal William dockyard is a wonderful place to stay. There is parking available as part of the stay and pretty much everything you need in the apartment. It was clean and tidy and quirky. We loved it.

The upstairs part of the apartment was so hot during the night. It wouldn’t be a problem in the winter or if you could open the upstairs windows but you can’t. The apartment really needs a mobile air conditioning unit not just a fan.

"Very good"

8.0

It was in a great location. Plenty of restaurants near by. Not far from public transport.

The toilet downstairs and not being in the ensuite although you need one downstairs as well. Having to navigate the steep stairs at night was not good at all. The building is very hot so sleeping near the roof is not ideal. We did manage to cool the place a little.

"The fireworks were grand."

6.0

The Yard is interesting and historical.

The apartment was on two levels (unexpected) with the bedroom upstairs and the loo downstairs. The steps were very narrow and steep, taking luggage up and down was treacherous. Parking was a long way off, via an entrance, lift and long walk along corridors. The location was quite a long way from the city, where parking is thin on the ground and very expensive. Ventilation was difficult and the roof blinds scary to use, overhanging from the mezzanine. Noisy with herring gulls in the mornings.

"Beautiful apartment, perfect for a short stay."

9.0

Joining instructions were clear and easy to follow, no issues at all. Apartment was compact but suited our needs perfectly. We self-catered so no issues there. Lovely stay.

Bed was a bit bouncy, but no problem sleeping. Huge shower cubicle but a small shower head and water flow ( which could have been due to the pressure in a large building).
