Royal William Yard - Lovely 1-Bed Apartment in Historic Plymouth

Fabulous grade 2 listed building, apartment was perfect for a weekend away with restaurants on the doorstep and the Pavilions within walking distance. Terrie was a wonderful host, always quick to answer any questions and free parking was a bonus 😊

Heating system was a bit erratic but these things have to be expected in such an old building

Everything worked like clockwork, Terrie was attentive and we had a very pleasant stay.

This is such a comfortable apartment in a wonderful location. I loved the Christmassy touches too - it made it seem like a home away from home.

Plenty of space, well-equipped, and Terrie was very quick to help/sort out problems. Thanks Terrie:-)

A bit of a walk from the centre, but a handy boat-ride to Barbican or Cremyll

location was beautiful lots of good eating options close to the cremyll ferry good parking quiet loved the nearby bagel shop

mattress far too soft, bed wobbly, like trying to sleep on jelly. Mezzanine floor was so, so hot, fan just moved hot air around. thank goodness it wasn’t a heatwave or we would’ve expired. due to both these reasons one of us actually chose to sleep elsewhere. most of place clean enough except for lots of gross dried pee splatter under toilet seat which had been missed.

Great apartment, quirky and lovely and cosy. very clean. I would defo be back.

I cannot fault the apartment or the area. It was perfect.
