The Heart of Rye

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home which is a great base for exploring the beautiful area. Sally our lovely host was extremely friendly and very helpful. The house is modern and provided everything we needed for our stay. The interior is very cosy and styled very nicely. The beds are very comfortable and the house was very clean. We enjoyed people watching from the lovely balcony which captured the sunshine into the evening. We celebrated our anniversary during our visit and sally very kindly organised a beautiful cake for our arrival which was such a lovely treat. We would definitely consider returning should we choose to visit rye in the future. Thank you for a wonderful weekend 😍

The location is perfect. We had access to all that Rye had to offer. The host was really helpful, with good recommendations of where to eat. The house had ample room for four adults and two children. We will definitely be back.

The house was clean, comfortable and contained everything you need. The location was absolutely perfect. Sally was a fantastic host giving all necessary info before arrival and even providing helpful area recommendations, which was wonderful. We're planning to make a return visit to Rye, and will look to stay in the property again.

It might be helpful to split the door keys into 2 rings as they're a bit bulky for the key safe and may cause a jam. But that's a mini negative!

Great location and beautiful house

Central location. Arranged over 3 floors. Great number of bathrooms. Nice open plan living area. Lovely art work. Good WiFi. Dog friendly.

No parking. No instructions for kitchen. No guest book with info. Beds could have been comfier.

First and foremost, I must commend the location of the property. Its proximity to the main street was incredibly convenient, making it easy for me to access various amenities and attractions during my stay. This convenience greatly enhanced my overall experience and contributed to the enjoyment of my visit. Furthermore, I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the house. It was evident that great care and attention to detail were put into maintaining the cleanliness of the property. Walking into a spotless environment immediately set a positive tone for my stay, and it was truly a pleasure to reside in such a well-kept space. Lastly, I want to highlight the charm and loveliness of the house itself. From its cozy ambiance to its tasteful decor, every aspect of the property exuded warmth and comfort. It felt like a home away from home, and I found myself thoroughly enjoying my time spent there.

The property is very close to the heart of Rye with a lovely balcony to sit out on - and yet nice and quiet. Our host could not have been more helpful or concerned to make us feel at home and comfortable for our stay. Can recommend!
