Main room aircord not function, balcony dirty, no wifi, no many tv channel..

for the sea view only

the room is not clean as well , a lot of dust. and strong smell of paint, not comfortable to stay. I’m still not satisfied with the parking fee, my only first time need to pay the parking fee when I stay in hotel.

Location was near the beach for my kids to enjoy and hotel was also near the food stalls.

no doormats provided, no housekeeping for such an expensive price, cockroaches were in the toilet which is unpleasant, the water in the bathroom flowed from the bathtub to the floor (poor drainage system), wifi was obnoxiously slow and have a lot of problems connecting, customer service were slow and poor feedback.

Not applicable…..we did not have breakfast at the hotel.

The place is old and not properly maintained.
