"Nice view but need some repair and renovation works to be done."

The view was spectacular. Both rooms have balcony facing the sea.

1) Elevator service - Too late - Need to change it to new system 2) Need to refurbish the room - Both room doors and one of the bathroom door is too old and need to repair - The kitchen stove need to be changed - There is slight dust under the sofa and housekeeping neesds to clean the unit perfectly. Will be uncomfortable for Asthma patient. 3) Have to repaint the unit wall for better and nice view of the room. 4) The furniture needs to be replaced with new as its looks old and outdated.
