Elegant Brand new 2 bedroom flat

It was a great place to spend a nice later spring holiday in Madinaty. The staff/host is on the ball! Very nice, friendly, and professional. He kept checking on our stay and immediately addressed minor stuff for us. Definitely coming back!

The apartment was very clean, cozy and warm with modern furniture, I loved madinaty city with its relaxing vibes

Its new, clean, the owner is very polite and helpful and its a quite area in Madinty

الشقة داخل مجمع سكني كبير في منطقة مدينتي احدث مناطق القاهرة موجودة في الدور الثالث جديدة نظيفة جميلة والبلكونة مطلة على حديقة وهي من نقاط تميز الشقة والجميل في المجمع ان الزرع والاشجار في كل مكان المجمع آمن هادئ بالقرب من الشقة اكثر من مركز تجاري صغير وجميل وكلها جديدة وايضا مول اوبن اير قريب من الشقة ملاحظتي الوحيدة بُعد المكان عن وسط البلد والنيل وغرب القاهرة ولكن السيارة قربت المسافات ولله الحمد من اراد الهدوء والراحة فالشقة مناسبة مالك الشقة لم اقابله ولكنه محترف وعارف وش يسوي ومتواصل دائم معي شكرا له والله يبارك له فيما اعطاه

The property is very , new , well organized , it has all the supplies you need . The owner is always available and responsive to any request . I was honestly really impressed with the place. The property looks great, everything is clean and well taken care of, and the layout just feels right. You can tell a lot of thought went into it. Overall, it definitely exceeded what I expected. Thank you so much and definitely will stay there again .

Perfect self check-in, so I could arrive at any time. There are plenty of sockets of different types throughout the flat, and everything felt very clean. This is my fourth time booking a flat in Madinaty, and I chose this one because of the high number of positive reviews; after staying here I can see why, as everything looks exactly like the photos, if not better. I would highly recommend this place. I did not meet the host Samy in person, but he always checked in to see if I needed anything.
