Alnwick Book Nook - dog friendly

Quirky and comfortable. Superb location and lots of little touches which makes it feel homely. Great communication from Suzy too.

The flat was lovely and the location was ideal. Suzy communicated with us at each step of check in and check out. She even left us each a book and some milk for tea and coffee. Excellent host! We hope to return.

Great central location and base for the area.

We liked everything. The apartment was cosy and inviting. The bed was really comfortable. It had everything you needed for your stay. Suzy was really good at communicating and made us feel very welcome. 💕💕💕

La chasse d’eau est un peu capricieuse Les oreillers très durs selon nous

The interior was amazing with books everywhere. It felt like walking into a fairy taile apartment. The location was really good.

The kitchen was small for preparing a meal and it was hot outside; it would have been good to be able to put blinds in front of the living room windows

Absolutely lovely and warmly decorated apartment. Right in the middle of Alnwick with shops, restaurants, the castle and gardens at your doorstep. Ideally suited for a calm retreat or as a starting point for amazing day trips to e.g. Bamburgh, Cragside, Hadrians Wall etc. We loved evening strolls around the local parks as well. Finding second hand books as welcome gifts was a fitting and memorable touch too. (Thanks for introducing me to scottish crime novels Suzy!) Warmly recommended.
