We stayed in May 2025. We liked how clean the property is maintained, the house was comfortable, the owners were very helpful, they brought a new kettle when we asked for one. The house had tea, coffee and milk when we arrived. Lovely owners.

Location. Went to Southampton, New Forest and Monkeyworld. All easily accessable. Apartment very spacious. Kitchen well appointed

Small bed, should have been a queen size.

Cleanliness was really good, reasonable size, enough towels and bedding. Tea/coffee and bonus shortbreads. to change the check in, please enter through the yellow door, or have 'The Nook' through here signposted would be an improvement.

Would have preferred a carpet or entrance rug, as I stepped dirt into the entrance when coming in. Mixer taps were a little strange, but got the hang of them. Heating was on, which usually is great, just wasn;t expecting it and got hot the first night.

Very comfortable and quiet location. Great for what we needed it for.

Eigen afgesloten tuintje. Bed in masterbedroom was goed. Vriendelijke host.
