Forest Heath Holidays - The Nook

Very clean with new bathroom and well appointed kitchen. Quiet location with parking.

Curtains were of poor quality and let in the light of a full moon and early summer sunrise.Garden terrace was rather bare.

Very easy to find from directions given.Plenty of tea/coffee and two small bottles of milk very nice surprise and useful. Quiet location no traffic noise down the small lane where located. Plenty of parking clearly marked for each appartment.

Larger bed would have been nice. TV signalcame and went. Only able to watch BBC1 even that signal was lost many times. Lack of space for toiletries ( even a small shelf would have been helpful). A walk of 1 mile along extremely busy main road to nearest pub/eating place, The Three Legged Cross OK inside but very scruffy outside. Food Ok but pricy as were drinks.

Bed was very uncomfortable and we found sleeping in it difficult

Incredible location, 5 minute walk to beautiful forest walks! The place was very clean, and had eveything we needed for a few nights away. The space was bigger than we thought and the kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner for a few days. We really hope to stay again!

Apartment itself which was high quality. The decor and furniture was great. The parking was good. The location was amazing.

The location of the Nook was prefect as it was very close to the Moors Valley country park. It is just a 15 minutes walk to the park so we saved a lot of money on parking charges! The place is absolutely lovely and cosy with all the facilities we needed for a 3 nights stay. We will definitely come stay here next time we visit the country park.
