Drexel Apartments, Downtown Hyde Park

I'm writing to express that I do not feel comfortable staying in this room. It smelled its very unprofessional There was a hole in the wall hidden behind the dresser, the door doesn't feel secure, and the room was extremely hot upon arrival. The sheets were dirty, bloody and the kitchen appeared to still be under construction

Location not bad. Looks tidy but not sanitized well.

Smells bad. Yellow bed sheets and blankets. When we arrived, the blankets were even still wet cannot be used at all. Me and my friend we used the bed sheets or cover sth like that to sleep. Really bad experience. The bed is not comfortable as well. The bathroom looks tidy but not well sanitized. I think the beddings may not be sanitized as well. Feel uncomfortable and I was wearing long shirts long pants and socks on to sleep.

took pictures of the place ...n documents of all i went thru bookin this room ..when I book the room on ur site it came as a non shared facility...which was not. .said I booked a double room with private bath. After that is all done..all of the sudden thry send me house rules which they never advertise upon payment running it like a hostel...when I get there the door was broke couldn't get in the contact Lucas was never available some one from the the other apartment gave me the number to call hom personal n he refused to pick up talk to me directly....bout getting into place...which as I learn 3 hrs later this has happened before n there is no other access to get in but that door..then when I ealk in there is no towels..no tissue....the air didn't work no curtains on the windows basement apartment had to buy everything to keep on my own with no where to put it..the other people living there are un compromising...n anything..bout the air....as the days progressed I wake up one morning with bites all over my body I have to go the er for.as we speak....don't know wat it is....n this is ridiculous..I need total refund even when offered refund I went thru booking customer service n was hung up on....n still due to other places all booked up n im not from the city was forced to stay cause I paid and had the worst experience n still spoke to no luve person all has been documented n pictures n paper work

The location wasn’t terrible and luckily we were able to find street parking each time.

Bed broke on us the moment we sat down. When we looked at the bed frame itself, the wood panels had been placed on terribly and taped to the frame causing any weight to cause it to creak and then eventually break. Also, the placed lacked cleanliness. As soon as we saw the bathroom floor, we knew this was a place we had to walk with caution. Thankfully we were only there to sleep & not hang out there.

Pozele din anunț nu reflectă realitatea. Camera, și apartamentul nu arată ca în poze. Totodată, informația referitoare la spațiu nu este prezentată corespunzător deoarece am plătit o cameră dintr-un apartament de 5 camere unde am împărțit spații comune(sufragerie, bucătărie) cu alți turiști. Mai mult de atât, am avut probleme cu sistemul de acces de la intrarea din apartament care nu s-a rezolvat pe timpul șederii noastre iar comunicarea cu propietarul a lăsat de dorit. Cu toate că am sunat la numărul de telefon din anunț, acesta nu a răspuns la apelul meu preferând să comunice cu mine prin mesaje pe aplicația Booking.com. Am găsit prosoape curate dar efectiv ude(probabil au fost spălate chiar înaintea sosirii noastre). Nu recomand!
