I travelled from nasca to Arequipa by cruz del sur bus.it was supposed to reach Arequipa by 12.30 in the night.I sent special request through booking.com to check in at that time.Host also replied will do his best.But bus reached Arequipa by 2.40 in the night and I reached hostel by 3 .Host was kind enough to check in at that time.my heartfelt thanks to the host.Bed,bathroom,toilet are super clean .plaza de armas was located in 50 meters.

Lo que más me gustó fue la buena predisposición del personal en general; fueron muy amables y dispuestos a brindar información, incluso nos dejaron ingresar antes del check-in. El desayuno también estuvo muy bueno, variado y rico. La ubicación era céntrica e ideal para salir y turistear por Arequipa. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

No tengo ninguna queja la verdad.

La cama era incómoda, estaba algo inclinada , el colchón tenía desniveles.

"Endroit tranquille et bien situé"

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans cet hôtel. Nous avons adoré le fait qu’on nous donne accès à notre chambre à notre arrivée en bus à 5:30 sans frais supplémentaires. Après avoir passé la nuit dans un bus, ce fut grandement apprécié. Le lit est confortable et l’endroit est très calme. L’hôtel est très bien situé à quelques pas des principaux sites à visiter dans la ville historique. La chambre et la salle de bain sont grandes et propres. Nous avons apprécié le toit terrasse et ses hamacs. L’endroit a besoin d’un peu de rafraîchissement, mais la vue par temps clair est superbe. Le personnel est serviable. Nous avons pu entreposer nos valises le temps de notre excursion au canyon de Colca. Le rapport qualité-prix est bon.

Le déjeuner est sommaire et répétitif. Comme nous avons fait un séjour de 5 nuits, une petite variété aurait été appréciée. Des petits ajouts seraient appréciés : poubelle dans la chambre, tapis de douche, support pour papier de toilette, support pour savon et shampooing dans la douche. Ce sont de petits détails qui n’ont pas changé le fait que nous avons apprécié cet endroit.

Bien situé, tranquille, propre. Bon rapport qualité prix. Arrivée hâtive permise. Lit confortable. Entreposage de valises possible. Terrasse sur le toit avec vue.
