The appartment is big, greatly located, well equiped and clean.

The appartment was very dark, if somebody prefere sunny flats it is not recommended, One of the bads was not comfortable, but altogether was fine

Lage und saubere Auastattung

Die Hauoteingangstüre hat laut gequitscht und man hat bis Mitternacht jeden der reinkam gehört.

Прекрасное местоположение, большой номер, хорошая ванная комната, прекрасный напор воды, в ванной есть стиральная машина, утюг, гладильная доска.

Лучше, когда встречает хозяин и сразу решает асе вопросы. Мы заехали сами-3 человека, постельного белья и полотенец было только на двоих, написали хозяину и 5 часов ждали ответ. Шкаф в спальне разваливается, дверцы плохо открываются, неудобно им пользоваться. Номер расположен на первом этаже с окнами во внутренний дворик-темно и очень шумно, все время хлопает металлическая дверь на улицу, шумит вытяжка из соседнего кафе -вытяжка выходит прямо в этот двор.

Daire adeta bir pasaj içinde gibi. Havalandırma sorunlu pencereler apartman boşluğuna bakıyor. Dış kapı gıcırtısı ve asansör sesi gece rahatsız edici.

The location was excellent to walk all around the old town of Bologna. It was also close to many supermarkets and lots of nice restaurants. The washing machine was fab as it had a short cycle and the clothes didn't come out all rinkled!

Cleanliness very Disappointing: We had to clean the dirty and smelly dishwasher out before we felt safe to use it. The filter was very dirty, so we cleaned it. There weren't any clean dish cloths or even a tea tower. And for the shower and toilet, I hate to say it, but they were also so very dirty. The grout on the tiles in the shower was black. We had to clean them before using them, disappointing ! We asked for a scrubbing brush as there wasn't anything to clean them with. Communication - no response via the Booking.com app: When we arrived we were unable to work the TV, so we sent a message through Booking.com. After sending two messages and a few days had passed as we were busy enjoying the lovely city sights, we tried again but via a Whatsapp message to make contact about the TV not working as we believed it was the batteries in the remote. Finally, we got an answer, and we told if we had used Whatsapp, then they would have responded. I advised their signs on the door of the apartment and told for us to contact them if we needed anything via the Booking.com app. which we did. As they have over 40 apartments to look after, our message got lost, so we were told. Very disappointing!
