Exelent location, small but functional apartment!

Great location, good communication with the host! Recommend! Just be aware that the sofa bed will be undone, as been told by the host that this is always the case...

The best region in bologne to stay. The apartment is relatively good. It's the highest grade i have given from all my travel in bologna and florence. Whe I arrived in bologne i stayed in other apartment. All other apartments was graded about 9. in my opinion noway and I gave 5 with explanations

Probably could be given in lower price. A good effort in reinnovation an old house but windows are still look in courtyard.

The keys were easily accessible and meant we could arrive at any time which was helpfil

It was noisy. Being in the hallway where everyone walks and there was also no natural light which made it feel claustrophobic

everything was ok, the children were very happy with the accommodation. cleanliness, everything taken care of. Washing machine, kitchen and fridge available. 5-10 minutes from the location you can reach - underground parking lot - the city center, Piazza Maggiore, the Fountain of Neptune and the Basilica di San Petronio. medieval towers the "Two Towers" - very good restaurants such as La Prosciutteria, Osteria dell'Orsa, Osteria Da Fortunata, or for breakfast Bottega Portici or Pappare

Excellent location into the city center. There is a public parking with 24h access very close to apartment. Very close to most interesting part of the city. Near is prochuteria, pizzaria and local store. Very clean and comfortable bathroom. Small but cozy apartment.

From time to time during the night there is little bit noise from other residents from the same building, but nothing noticeable. The coach need to be fixed properly, because when it used as a bed there is a little bit angle. Usually used by the kids it and there is no problem at all.

Location very good. Clean and comfortable.
