That the room was very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped with everything that I needed. Was very quiet once in doors been that it was on a main road. Ample parking to be had. Whenever I called to ask a question I was helped straight away. Will defiantly recommend.

Nothing and couldn't fault it at all. Apart from 1 night when the electric plug points in the kitchen stopped working they soon sorted the problem put straight away the next day.

Comfortable, clean room.

Could do with a door on the bathroom instead of a curtain.

The countryside was peaceful, the sunset was lovely and seeing the local wildlife was amazing.

Got woken by the washing machine at 5.30 in the morning

Quiet peaceful location. Big shared kitchen and access to garden areas.

Bit eerie at night, on arrival, no porch lights. Kitchen is in severe need of a deep clean. It looks clean at first glance. But thick layers of grime / dirt / grease and lots of left over food from previous guests. I would maybe suggest they have a designated area for guests to leave food behind so that it is not scattered about the kitchen cupboards and left to be forgotten.

The deluxe room was tastefully furnished

Checking in was complicated and I had to do it alone. There was no one to greet me. The stairs to the upper floor were very narrow and steep. There was no kettle in the room, as advertised in the booking description. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the room was very poorly soundproofed. The bathroom wasn't spotless; there were no coat hangers, and the shower lacked shower gel. Only hand soap was available.

We really liked the location, the room and all the facilities. We liked the view and the surroundings.

The open bathroom - we would have preferred one with a door. The instructions for the key location could have been much clearer. We wasn’t sure who were the staff members (if any were available). The room was slightly smaller than we expected. No handwash in the bathroom.

The house was in a good location for Stratford and good value for money. Access to a shared kitchen was useful. Bed was super comfy!

Very hard to find the turning at night. Some reflectors on the gate post would really help as the road is really dark. Nowhere to hang anything in room 1. A few hooks on the back of the door might help.
