Hotel S.R royale

I booked one room with two double beds as I was travelling with my family but when I reached there they said that wo don't have double bed room in the amount which I booked and they behaved rudely. So I requested them to provide me two rooms when you charged with two beds but they provided a single room which was very congested. Room was also not hygienic. One of the worst experience I got with this hotel.

The dinner and location both were so bad. The food was tasteless.

They charged us more than the amount shown on the bill during booking. The manager was so rude he even told us to leave the hotel when we visited there.

Close to mother house Staff was ok

Absolutely horrible. We stayed for a week in this hotel. They charged 2,000 rupees a day although booking stated it was 1,600. They charged me a full day rate for a late checkout. Not only did they charge us extra, they charged us 20% more just for using credit card to pay for our stay. The owner who did the check in smoked in the reception even though they had signs saying no smoking. My room was next to the reception I could hear and smell everything. I didn’t complain because I didn’t want to have any problems. I didn’t want to jeopardize our safety. We woke up early around 6am, to find them sleeping on the floor/ couch in the reception. They would talk at all hours in the reception and speak very loudly. The first 2 days we were there, the AC worked great but after the 2nd night it went haywire. It shot out ice cubes and then completely shut off, we found out later that they would physically turn off our power in the room just because we didn’t hear them knocking on the room when we were asleep! The AC looked to be covered in mold, leaving us only with the fan that sounded like it was about the fall down on us. They came to fixed the AC after our complain. The room itself was disgusting. The baseboards were covered in grime! The bed was covered in hair and stains, the walls were very dirty and brown and the shower and bathroom looked as if they have never cleaned it once. Above the toilet was like a window connecting to the other room where we could hear them use the bathroom/shower,cough and talk loud. The hotel is found on the 4th floor of a very poorly maintained building. The bedding and towels were in the closet but weren’t clean. The towel was gross and stained and the bedding was just dirty blankets. Thankfully we brought our own!

Rubbish, Service!! Authority of the hotel are rudy, they rented my confirmed room to another person without informing me, after reaching the hotel they told me Sorry there is no room available, Totally rubbish experience, Than i have to face a lot of problem to arrange another room, A questions to booking.com authorities, If the hotel authorities Don't maintain booking reservations at booking.com website, Than why they are listed in booking.com, A had totally unexpected experience, So will cant trust booking.com anymore

Every think are unexpected, rudy, ridiculous,

No respect we got from staff... they are just asking money. And also they didn't provide the room we booked in the app. The charged double the amount from us.

They increase rent when reached at hotel.i booked at 1215 but they charged 1800 rs

they charges very much extra money. chargerd extra for early checked in also. staf is also not behaving well.
