"Bed side is too small for 4 people, barely 3 people can accommodate on that."

We have booked room for 4 people although we got a room in which we barely 3 people can accommodate on the bed. I tried to reach out to booking.com representatives but I couldn’t due to no clear guidance from help center.

Size of the room and bed, also they have charged for extra bed when we demanded.

the location, the area is vary bad, so dirty, don't go that place. the place is not shone as the photo, the place is totally driftnet.
