room was clean.room service was nice

we were not given the rooms we booked.took lot of time to get food ready and was not worth the money.lift were not operating most of the time.

This is the worst hotel and staffs I have ever meet....they took money which was double charged nd even after that they send us to another hotel....very disappointing,,nd very careless hotel....

Noting was there for liking..

I am frustrated to see the Hotel building, accommodation and behavior's of the staff. Through booking.com I requested for two separated beds room (not double bed) as my younger sister was with us. They provided me two persons accommodated single bed room. They even quarreled with me and asked for extra money for a single matrass. As citizen of India, they treated badly with Bangladeshi people. So I request you who want to go in India must rethink about the issue.
