I have received the conformational mail from booking. But when we went there on the booked dates, they told they gave the room to somebody else because they did not believe we will come.they told we should have called and confirmed again after confirmation mail.

The hotel is on the road . Manager is good.

They charge more then , what was written in booking.com and it's fake selling. They should not charge more. They charged 1500 rs per room. They promise some other room and provide some other room. Most things here are self serving, we did most things at our own. The service part was poor. Like a hostel. Cleanliness is the biggest issue. They don't provide clean towel or clean bedsheets. World cup matches were not being telecasted there in there TV, because no cable connection. The metro and bus connectivity is also not very comfortable from other parts of city .

It's just amazing and the staffs are very nice n sweet..

Don't like the payment system because online they show something and charge something else.
