Great location - walking distance to town but nice and quiet residential area. Rooms much nicer than we were expecting.

Rooms were very warm, but it was an extremely hot weekend (and the host kindly provided high quality fans in each room to help).

Location was great nice easy walk into the city, having parking spaces was good house was very clean and comfortable we thoroughly enjoyed our stsy and the hosts were very accommodating letting us check in earlier

Main bathroom only had hand held shower attachment would have been better if there was a shower screen and attachment on wall so you could have a stand up shower in bath, there was a separate shower in ensuite but we were 6 adults sharing and a baby so it was a bit awkward. We thought there was a highchair provided as listed in description so didnt think to ask for one when we requested the cot. This did not however put us off staying again in future.

"Perfect stay in York"

The property was the perfect location to walk into York to visit the tourist attractions. We were visiting as 2 families with children, the house was a perfect size for us.

"Exceptional"

Spacious, modern, clean, well equipped, everything we expected. Family get together to celebrate grandad's 60th birthday was an enjoyable experience in this property. Jo was extremely helpful with any queries ie regarding parking facilities around the area, travel cot, plastic dishes and also a high chair were available for my grandson. Would certainly stay here again.

Freezer section of fridge needs defrosting. We didn't use it but other guests might?

"Lovely stay in York city center."

We liked how it was easy to get around York. Had parking but could get bus into city or walk . Very central.
